Bond Legal has extensive experience of conducting investigations for both private and public sector schools. Our recent work in this area has included investigations:

• Into whistleblowing allegations of a safeguarding nature made by a former employee of a primary school;
• for an independent school, involving allegations of bullying and unacceptable conduct against the Headteacher;
• regarding concerns about a teacher’s suitability to work with children in view of conduct in her personal life and on social media;
• disciplinary allegations against a teaching assistant involving her conduct towards a child with SEND; and
• involving concerns about the professional boundaries displayed by a male teacher around a female student.
