Equality, diversity & inclusion review

For a software engineering company

Bond Legal were asked to conduct a review into concerns about sexism raised by a number of female employees at a software engineering company. We conducted a wide-ranging investigation, which involved interviewing a number of members of staff, both male and female, junior and senior.

We submitted a written report to the Company which detailed our findings and included a number of recommendations, including that the Company should review a number of its HR processes. We also worked with the Company to design, develop and implement a new gender equality strategy.
